I still have a lot of work before she is finished but I am pleased with her so far.

2nd watercolor

I knew it needed some work but until I saw the picture I didn't relise how much. I just can't seem to get the nose right, much better than when I first started though. I need to practice more on my blending.. The other picture is a landscape that I was inspired to draw by a beautiful picture my friend Tiffany posted on FB. I have never tried to do this before and surprised myself that it was not bad. but I know I can get much better if I keep practicing it.

I still have some blending to do on my watercolor and my journal page still has a lot left to do but I wanted to share them.

My CD rack

I picked this CD rack up a yard sale a while back and my husband cut me some shelfs for it yesterday. So this is what I did with it. I need to get some more CD holders to put the rest of my stamps in.

going ons in my life

I am working on a poster for my work so I haven't had much time to work on my own stuff. I did work on my bird lady page yesterday but when I glued the feathers on with Mod Podge it didn't look good so I have to find some  more feathers and I am going to try hot glue. I am also working on my first Zentangle while watching tv at night with my dh. It is really fun and relaxing. I have seen some really beautiful ones out there. I will post pics when I am done.
