bad blogger

Well it has been some time since I have posted anything. I had a good time at the Christmas crop, which was a great surprise that I even got to go this year. Finaces have been real bad since I lost my job a couple of months ago. Even though I have a new one now it's only part time and a lot less money. Any way enough of that I got invited to the crop as a guest. yip pee! I didn't acomplish all that much but it was fun to hang out all day with my sister. I do have a few pics to post, but will do that tomorrow. I completed the tag for my swap and love how it came out. What a difference having Tim's tags actually makes.

Dominoes and inchies

These are the dominoes I made for the All things Tim dominoe swap. I made 2 of each. Sorry the pics are so bad and I didn't know it and already sent them. And the inchies came from Inge all the way from Belguim. I don't know what was more exciteding, getting a package from Belguim or what was inside. LOL

This is my tag for the wrinkle free distress technique. This is the first time I did this technique and I am not so sure I like it. LOL Maybe more practice is needed.

LO from 3 day crop

Well since I didn't finish the LO I am working on I thought I'd put one up that I did at my 3 day crop, back in April. This is my lovely daughter Chrissy and my lovely grand daughter Savanna.

And I also thought I'd add a picture of the 2 most handsomest guys in the world. If I do say so myself. My fiancee and grandson Aden.

update to LO

As I was putting my stamps away I saw this stamp and added it to my LO. It's a little hard to make out on the picture, it says "and they lived happily ever after..."

CCC #14

I added the final touches to the LO I entered in the CCC challenge on all things Tim and also Simon Says Stamps challenge. I really like how it turned out. This is a picture of my Mom and Daddy on their wedding day. I was able to enter the challenge because a wonderful lady name Shirley on  All Thing Tim yahoo group I belong to  gave me the book A Compendium Of Curiosties by Tim Holtz as a RAK (Random Act of Kindness). Thank you so much Shirley!!!!!

Day 2

Well I didn't get a chance to finish my LO as I had planned, Thanks to my grandsons nap being cut short. Tomorrow I plan on getting that done, and starting on my dominoes for my swap on All things Tim. I also need to work on my CCC # 15 challenge for All things Tim and Simon Says Stamps.

My first post

Well I decided to set up a blog, seeing as I am going to start entering challenges I will need one to post my pictures. I am a mother to 4 grown children, and have 4 grandchildren. I am a partner to my wonderful boyfriend of 7 and 1/2 years. I live in sunny Florida, and was born and raised here. I love all kinds of crafts. I do scrapbooking, jewelry making, card making, etc., etc. My newest favorite thing to do is make anything inspired by Tim Holtz.
